In the era we are living, we see the moment we wake up, first thing we look for is our Mobile. Checking Whatsapp, Facebook and other social media platform is what we do. Many a times people like to check the news app immediately as they wake up. Earlier, people had tea with their newspaper, but today its apps and social media platforms that accompanies tea. (Ratio still exists though).
It’s a known fact that now-a- days Social Media is not just limited to personal use, but has expanded and is still expanding as one of the main tools for marketing and promotion of businesses. However, people are still confused about the exact use of Social Media Marketing for their respective companies/ industries with respect to earning profits, customer conversion and expansion of the existing customer base.
Based on the market condition today, it is difficult for many emerging companies and start-ups to hire an agency for the purpose of social media marketing. I have come up with a solution to this problem. I am starting a blog series, where I will share some insights on Use of Social Media Platform for Your Business. This blog series will be a step-by- step guide for the ones who are looking for ways to expand their business.

Whereas, Social media marketing is marketing done with the help of interactive platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and so on. It is as simple as that.

Yes, the word is Awesome. It is said that by using social media platforms you can actually gain much more than you expect. Some of the results you can obtain are:

c. Direct connection with consumers
d. Your competition is social, so you have to be social
e. Social Media is a weapon through which you can build Brand Loyalty, as customer can directly interact with you from any place on earth at any time. Your availability towards them makes lot of difference and thus shows growth in business.
3. What are the highlighted advantages of Social Media Marketing?
When you invest in advertisement, in terms of Time and Money, you definitely must look forward for benefits and expected results. Social Media Platform when used strategically definitely helps you gain benefits for your business.

e. Write- ups (Short notes, long notes, blogs, etc.)
Above mentioned content is mostly used by businesses today. We can strategically choose the content that can be used for our business.
5. What Language should we use for Social Media Platforms?
It is very important to understand and interact with your audience in language they understand. To recognize this, first you must be aware about your audience profile [Preferred Language (English, regional, mixed, etc), style adopted, words commonly used by specific target group, and so on.]
